Good Friday

Hey y’all , Yasmim here ! Since it is Good Friday, I wanted to talk about the Lord’s everlasting love. God went great lengths in order to save humanity. John 3:16 says that “ God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son”. He sent Jesus, his only son, to die on the cross for our sins. Jesus willingly gave his life so that mankind could be redeemed . He carried the weight of all the world’s sin. This sacrifice restored the relationship of the Lord and his people. It is because of God’s grace and Jesus’ faith and obedience that we can also be children of God. 1 Peter 2:24 says “He himself bore our sins in his body on the cross, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness;” By his wounds you have been healed.”
