qualified

Brothers and sisters, think of what you were when you were called. Not many of you were wise by human standards; not many were influential; not many were of noble birth. But God chose the foolish things of the world to shame the wise; God chose the weak things of the world to shame the strong. God chose the lowly things of this world and the despised things—and the things that are not—to nullify the things that are, so that no one may boast before him. It is because of him that you are in Christ Jesus, who has become for us wisdom from God—that is, our righteousness, holiness and redemption.

hey y’all , gabi here again !! hope u guys had an amazing easter , i had such an amazing weekend full of revelation n revival and wanted to stop by real quick and share something that’s been burning in my 💓. so 1 corinthians 26-30 has been on my mind ever since friday , often times we can think that we aren’t “enough “ to share God’s word and love . whether it’s qualified enough , bold enough , smart enough , talkative enough , there’s so so many lies we can fill our head with that can stop us from talking about our faith . and i’m here tonight to tell you that God doesn’t care about the fact that you don’t have a theology degree and He doesn’t care about the fact that you’re shy , He wants to use you just the way you are . He is the one who qualifies us , our attributes and weaknesses don’t . if you tell God that you’re ready to be used , He will use you despite your weaknesses , in fact , He sees those weaknesses as strengths . so give the little tiny bit that you have to God , and i can promise you He will use it .
